Kicking Off the New Year with Mad Foodies – A Fun and Creative Food & Portrait Photography Shoot

The new year started with a bang as we welcomed a fantastic new client, Mad Foodies! In early January, we had a full day in the studio capturing their pre-made food range with high-quality food photography. Food photography is in high demand, and I receive constant enquiries for both studio and on-location shoots.

But this session came with an exciting twist! Alongside the food photography, I was asked to create a series of fun and slightly “mad” chef portraits for their social media. To make the images dynamic and engaging, I set up my camera on a tripod and captured a sequence of portrait shots that could also be used as a stop-motion video. The result? A set of eye-catching and playful chef portraits perfect for grabbing attention online.

It was an incredibly fun shoot with the entire Mad Foodies team, and I have no doubt they’ll be back for more! Returning clients are always a priority, and I love building long-term relationships with brands that appreciate creative, high-quality photography.

If you're looking for food photography or portrait photography that stands out—whether in the studio or on location—feel free to reach out for a quote. Let’s create something visually stunning together!
